Our skilled veterinarians are here to provide excellent quality urgent care for your pet with compassion and love. We understand that no matter how careful we are, sometimes unexpected illness or injury occurs. We are a no judgement zone so no matter what has happened, you can count on us to help.

We provide physical exams and treat both medical and surgical cases. Our goal is to rapidly assess if your pet can be an outpatient with meds, or needs to be hospitalized as well as if the problem is to be medically managed or if surgery is indicated. We provide a vast array of medical services. Our surgical services are typically: Laceration repairs, Gi foreign body removal, C-sections, GDV.

When to seek urgent care:

  • Frequent vomiting or diarrhea
  • Lethargy
  • Changes in appetite
  • Pale gums
  • Frequent trips to the litter box -especially if you have a male cat and he’s not able to urinate
  • Bloody urine
  • Bloody stool
  • Blood coming from anywhere
  • Swollen abdomen
  • Seizures
  • Lameness
  • Ear infections – these can be simple and wait for your vet or complicated but if you think there is pain involved, come in.
  • Allergic reactions: swollen faces, hives
  • Dog fights/bites
  • If you have a diabetic pet and need help
  • Ingestion of anything toxic/poisonous
  • Snake bites
  • Squinting eye(s)
  • Labor/delivery issues
