How long are the wait times?
Every attempt will be made to minimize wait times. We work on a triage order of things meaning each pet that comes in for help will have vital signs assessed and will be seen on the sickest first basis. If all is equal, pets will be seen in the order they arrive.
Do you take appointments?
We don’t take appointments, however we would like to know when you anticipate arriving so we can be ready for you. Please sign in on our website or call (704) 325-2922
Do you communicate with my primary veterinarian?
Yes. We will work closely with your primary veterinarian to include obtaining pertinent medical information if their office is open or speaking with them if possible. We will send all medical records from your visit to your primary veterinarian within 24 hours.
What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Cash
Will I be provided an estimate?
Yes. Our exam fee is $95. This includes taking vital signs, a thorough physical exam, and consultation. Once a diagnostic and treatment plan is made, you will be given an estimate for these services. A 50% deposit is required before initiating tests and treatments. We offer responsible pricing that is fair to families and our community.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans. Payment is due at the time of services. We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit.
To learn more about care credit or to apply, go to www.carecredit.com. It is important to note that the cardholder must be present to sign.
What if I have pet insurance?
If you have pet insurance, you will be required to pay for care in full at the time of services and we will provide you with any documentation needed for you to send to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Are you open on holidays?
How are you different from a primary care veterinarian?
Our veterinarians are general practitioners with special interests and experience with urgent care cases. We provide treatment for non-critical medical issues that arise at inconvenient hours or when you can’t get into your primary care veterinarian.
If you do not have a primary care veterinarian, we’ll happily provide a list of veterinarians in your area.
